matemago Posted October 14, 2005 Share Posted October 14, 2005 well, since i read a lot this forum, it's time for to tell my story. i installed the Marklar version without any problem, from a bootable dvd i made from this image. i just had to put the correct video extension, and the audio extension and that's it! everything works fine, well, almost fine, i made a mistake installing flash 8 driver, but thats it. in fact, all i had to do was to download the marklar iso, install a patch and burn that iso to a dvd... then i restart the pc with the dvd in, and follow the installer... btw, i speak spanish, not english, so dont laugh at my english ok! =) my webcam doesnt work, neither my pinnacle TVusb2. any comments? i'm here to help too. now i'm getting another hd to install XP, but i know that is not a problem, since its gonna be in a separate hd. this is the guide i used: http://www.macuarium.com/cms/macu/rumores/...obre-intel.html i did exactly what it says and had no problems, only after installing, i had to put the this files: AppleIntel830GLDriver.bundle AppleIntel830.kext AppleIntel830GA.plugin and for the audio card: AppleMaxim1989.kext i found them in Darwin .iso Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/3500-no-problems-with-dell-gx260/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

Does your webcam or USB TV has drivers for Mac OS X? My webcam has drivers but only the mic is working, the camera shows nothing or green/blue. Remember that drivers in PPC binary doesn't work at all.
