markosgiassA
I recently updated to macOS Monterey and I encounter a problem with the bluetooth. I use OpenCore 0.7.5 and for all the kexts, to start to work I have XHCIPortLimit otherwise some kexts don't run and I have to wait for at least 7 minutes for macOS to boot to gui. Without XHCIPortlimit the bluetooth works ok otherwise it fails. What should I do next? my laptop : CLEVO i7-6700hq HD530 Intel Graphics/dGpu Nvidia Geforce 970m/ Wifi Intel Dual Band. Guest 5T33Z0
XHCIPortLimit is broken since BigSur 11.3. Monterey requires a different set of kexts for Bluetooth. You need to use this to map ports (preferably, in windows): https://github.com/USBToolBox/tool Follow the Instructions. markosgiassA
@5T33Z0 thanks I use usbtoolbox but the problem is the same! I encounter some problems with the appleusbport but it gets bypassed with the xhciportlimit. I still don’t understand why i have Bluetooth working when xhciportlimit disabled. I tried usbmaps.kext, usbtoolbox, my usbtoolbox as well. The problem with the appleusbport or iohidusbdevice remains the same. I use the kexts for intelbluetoothfirmware as well.
