Hi there guys)) I need help in installing my first ever desktop hackintosch... Previously i had Big Sur on my Dell Latitude E7270... but now i've bought used desktop with motherboard AsRock H61M-VS with Intel Core i5-3570 (Ivy Bridge), 4GB RAM and GTX 760 2GB installed... I have only 8gb flash drive so decided to install Mojave for start... I'm planning to upgrade to Big Sur as it supports Kepler GPUs... I can't find any EFI setup for this motherboard, so after searching H61M-VS in this forum i've found a topic where a guy is facing problems with installation startup... it stucks on End RandomSeed... so i've decided to use his EFI folder... dumb i know, but i had no choice, beacuse the default clover setup made with gibMacOS doesn't work either... so i need you guys to help me))) i'll attach my folder for you to analyze if it is possible... Thank you so much for any help)))

I'd suggest to use OpenCore and follow this Guide:

https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config.plist/ivy-bridge.html

If you want to stay on Clover:

- ACPI > Patched: Remove the patched DSDT if it's not made for this board specifically

- Follow this guide for Clover: https://hackintosh.gitbook.io/r-hackintosh-vanilla-desktop-guide/config.plist-per-hardware/ivy-bridge

- Follow this Guide to add the Correct Quirrks for Clover: https://github.com/5T33Z0/Clover-Crate/tree/main/Quirks

okay, so i've followed all the instructions except quirks (server error)... after that nothing has changed... the only solution for randomseed halting was adding AptioMemoryFix to drivers folder.... now i'm facing a new problem.... i've made it to installer, but for some reason Disk Utility not detecting my 128GB SSD and 500GB HDD))) Showing only my thumb drive how can i fix this??

github has issues at the moment.

I had a look at your EFI Folder. It's form 2018… and it's a mess. It's for a Laptop. You can't use that. Don't use none of the kexts either. most of them are obsolete

Please start fresh from scratch using the OpenCore Guide I provided. Then you learn something along the way as well.

to install OS up to Catalina you can use the Clover 5122 version, from the next version Clover has integrated Opencore and special attention is needed to configure the plist but only to install Big sur or higher. https://github.com/CloverHackyColor/CloverBootloader/releases/tag/5122
