mengshi
I have been looking everywhere for the correct method to use the CURRENT version of CorpNewt's usbmap (The one without the USBInjectAll dependency). The previous version allows non-active USB 2 to be excluded in the boot arg so that on next reboot, the system sees those USB 3 ports (As per hackintool + UIA method) for a second round of USB 3.0 mapping. However, I cannot replicate the hackintool + UIA method with the current version. Any help?
Guest 5T33Z0
That's because the XhciPortlimit oatch no longer works. If you are confident with ACPI you could map the ports for macOS with an SSDT and never have to worry about it ever again: https://github.com/5T33Z0/OC-Little-Translated/tree/main/03_USB_Fixes/ACPI_Mapping_USB_Ports
