Gigabyte z170-HD3P Open Core boots in black screen, no picker

Hi, I use a hackintosh build on Gigabyte z170-HD3P with 3,31 GHz Intel Core i5. It runs with Clover.

I want to change the bootloader to Opencore 0.7.4 but whatever I try, Opencore boots into a black screen, no picker. Even the Text Picker does not work.

I included my config.plist and a picture of the EFI structure with drivers and kexts.

Can someone please give me a hint of what goes wrong?

Thank you very much in advance.

Thanks, I copied the drivers section from 0.7.4. Anyway, starting with HFSPluslegacy.efi solved the problem, I can start using opencore.

The problem I have now: I can start with opencore, I get the icon picker and can select an external drive to boot from, its HFS+ with High Sierra. My main disk is APFS with High sierra and this disk does not show in the picker menu.

Finally solved all problems: Load HFSPlusLegacy.efi and ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi. Booting works now as expected.

We should start with an overview, I have a more or less a similar setup.

This is how my EFI looks like, and these are all the drivers you need. You can even have all the closed folders empty. I'd recommend to make a "Disabled" folder where you can park all the stuff you don't need. You can sort out almost all of the rest. Less is more, and it makes it much easier for you .

For Monterey it stays the same, you just need a BluetoolFixup.kext depending on your setup. Just drop me a hint if you like to have sth uploaded.
