Hi,

I have a problems with fake colors on my hackintosh. After installation the configuration of the user was very, very slow. After login to my account I have correctly recognized GPU, but the colors are wrong... What have I do to correct or set properly them? There is also No graphics acceleration at all.

Dock is not transparent. When I a SS and open it on my phone colors are ok. When the Big Sur is booted in safe mode everything is correct…

I have also problems with performance of the system. Minimization of the Safari takes approximately 5-6 seconds, restore of the Safari windows takes 3-4 seconds and makes some glitches...

All those issues emanate from that lack of graphics acceleration you mentioned. You need to address this. Intel i5-7400 CPU is Kaby Lake desktop CPU, therefore your iGPU is HD 630 (device id 0x5912), not UHD 630. In your OC config, make sure you apply the suitable settings/device properties against the iGPU @2 and use the adequate SMBIOS. You'll find all guidance in the Dortania OpenCore documentation and/or the WhateverGreen user manual.

Which what?

As I said, you have a Kaby Lake desktop, so you would obviously need to follow the Kaby Lake desktop guidance:

https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config.plist/kaby-lake.html

And the same applies to the WhateverGreen manual with regards to desktop HD 630 graphics in case you miss something in your config:

  1. Post a zipped archive of your OpenCore EFI folder containing config file and ACPI+Kexts folders.
  2. Extract/save and IOReg using IORegistryExplorer app, zip it and post it.
  3. Save an extract from SysInfo, zip it and post it.

Bear in mind that after any OC config change, you must reset NVRAM.

I does it according to these tutorials.

Your posted files reflect a different picture.

On the iGPU properties front, your config shows settings different than those recommend in the Dortania guidance: you just inject the default KBL framebuffer 0x5916000, not the recommended properties at all.

KBL_HD630.jpg

Same applies for the SMBIOS: you've opted for iMac18,2 when the Dortania guidance recommends iMac18,1:

KBL_SMBIOS.jpg

If you use iMac18,2 or iMac18,3, it's usually in the case of a dGPU alongside the iGPU. Clover Configurator recommends KBL framebuffer 0x59120003 for those SMBIOS, not 0x59120000.

KBL framebuffer 0x59160000 is actually a mobile layout when KBL framebuffer 0x59120000 is a desktop one. I understand your Hack to be a desktop computer, so...

There's a good chance things will work better if you actually apply the recommended settings.

Really?

You config shows that you've not followed the Dortania guidance on the matter of iGPU/graphics. You just inject the default KBL framebuffer 0x5916000, not the recommended properties at all. I suggest you do so.

ok. I will do it tomorrow And i will check.
