rollcage
I've seen people looking for a way to search insanelymac from their safari toolbar, so i took a litle time and found a solution. first off, you'll need to downnload and install acid search. it's an addon for Safari that allows you to add more search engines to the search bar. you can get it from: http://www.pozytron.com/acidsearch now, once it's installed and you have safari back up, click on the magnifying glass drop-down menu in the search bar. click "AcidSearch Preferences..." at the bottom of the menu. Now click "New channel" at the bottom of the window that opens. You'll see a new row at the bottom of the list of engines. Start off by giving the search a name. The name will appear in the dropdown menu of your list of engines, and in the search box when that engine it selected. Copy this text into the box for the prefix uri: "http://www.google.com/search?as_q=" (ignore quotes) and this text into the suffix url box: "&hl=en&num=10&btnG=Google+Search&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&lr=&as_ft=i&as_filetype=&as_qdr=all&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&as_occt=any&as_dt=i&as_sitesearch=http%3A%2F%2Finsanelymac.com&as_rights=&safe=images" (also ignore quotes) enjoy! Rammjet
Just tried it manually and it didn't work. I think that is because the parameter: "searchid=c98550c3df98c51f740fcd3c61f23dd0" ties it to a particular search that you made and this string will change with each search.
