Hello guys,

I have almost ready EFI, after choose macOS on bootloader it's loading after that pc's restart and then quite long loading (I needed turn on second monitor and after that goes on) and finally I got screen with installation of Catalina, but I just want first change bootloader and maybe later update os.

Can you check what can be wrong ?

I have 2 monitors connected by DP.

Second what @5T33Z0 said. Right now, you've got your IntelMausi.kext listed first in your plist. First should be Lilu. You can use Proper Tree to make a snapshot of your EFI folder, that will put you kexts in the correct order in you plist.

Read through the guide here. It can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating when switching from Clover to OC, but totally worth it. 

 

Also, if you haven't already, follow this. Clover leaves some files behind that don't get along with OC.

Thank you, I know about prior in kext, but it's doesn't work I don't know why. Even I started create new EFI, but it's the same. I can change manually positions of kexts.

 

I set 1. Lilu 2. VirtualSMC 3. WhateverGreen 4. InteliMausi 5. NVMeFix 6. USBPort 7. AppleALC

One thing changed, now even turn second monitor doesn't help with moving forward.

Nothing changed. But still I needed to set it manually. Something must be wrong.

1. Update ProperTree to the latest Version: https://github.com/corpnewt/ProperTree and built the app using one of the scripts included

2. Only use ProperTree for creating snapshots, not for editing

3. For editing the config.plist use this instead: https://github.com/ic005k/PlistEDPlus

I didn't know about this editor, thanks for sharing!

 

@selphy the last config you shard had Lilu, VirtualSMC, and WEG first. Should be good. But you may be better off starting from scratch following the guide on Dortania rather than another persons build. As much of a pain as that may be, you're less likely to run into issues because your creating it specifically for your system rather than trying to find what parts of someone else's build needs to be changed.

I was reading your log and seems you had a wrong smbios numbers, wake up (energy)?  and boot image maybe is in wrong place the dmg? Take your time with dortania guide.

I have one question, in Clover was the same.

After choose macOS status bar is loading, then screen is black I got information on monitor DisplayPort No Signal and then I can login in for system. I would like to change for smootly loading.
