rathalos Posted December 3, 2006 Share Posted December 3, 2006 Hi people, I was thinking, since quite a number of users are on laptops, they definitely have in built infrared ports on their mobo. And apple has happily given us a kext that handles infrared, isnt it possible for us to enable our infra red ports on our mobo? Therefore, i start this thread in hopes of people who know to come forth and help us enable the use of our infrared on our systems. PS: i'm not a programmer so i cant help in writing drivers, but i can help in beta testing.... I have coding experince but am completely new to osx plus my time is somewhat limited at time with work. But any info to point in the right direction welcome. DrP.
