Just finished installing macOS High Sierra (with Metal) and everything is working! Running on OpenCore 0.67 as well! Thank you to everyone in this forum for helping me, especially @Hervé and @Huanbum! 

Here are my specs:

Dell Latitude e6410
i7 620M

NVIDIA NVS 3100m(512MB VRAM)

Killer Wireless-N 1103 ( AR9380 chipset)

8GB RAM

256GB Samsung SSD

BIOS VERSION: A17

EFI WILL BE ATTACHED SOON! :)
