Is it impossible to wake from sleep on a dual cpus platform?

My conifguration can be found here.it is an C612 dual cpu build and can't wake from sleep.Same issue like this.I have work for this for almost a week and no progress at all,plesase help!

Unfortunately it seems that wake up on a dual socket would require downgrading to OS X Sierra: See here.

Another question,how to check  cpu frequency?intel power gadget do not support dual socket platform.
