:whistle:Don't waste your time; GMA950 graphics were last supported in Lion 10.7.5 and in 32bit kernel mode only. Old GMA graphics were abandoned when 64bit-only Mountain Lion 10.8 was released in 2012 and there are no drivers. If you want to run a more recent OS X version on that old desktop, add a supported graphics card. Note that Merom Core2Duo CPUs are last supported in El Capitan 10.11. A Penryn C2D is required for macOS Sierra 10.12 and later.

Plenty of existing threads on Hackintosh forums or guides re: OS X/macOS compatible graphics cards if you care to search.
