Hi, there,

I have a Dynabook cs50l notebook with i7-1065g7. I just installed Big Sur with open core 0.6.4. Mostly works, but still 3 problems need to be fixed.

1. Trackpad (Synaptics I2C, TPD1) not working. (installed voodooi2c voodoo2chid still not working)

2. Battery status not recognized. (installed acpibatterymanager still not working)

3 Screen brightness could be adjusted but max brightness too dim. (SSDT-PNLF-CFL.aml applied and installed AppleBacklightSmoother.kext)

Attached my debug file, any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks a lot!

Great that you made to the installer and succeeded!  I have LG Gram 2020 (Costco model 17Z90N) and can't even make it to the installer, stuck at [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] error.  I downloaded your files as your system is very similar.  Unfortunately no joy:thumbsdown_anim: I think the UEFI is really broken on this machine (disassembly of DSDT has many ACPI errors).

As far as your problems go, It looks to me that you have conflicting kexts for input and power management.  You have SSDT-GPI0.aml but are using the _OSI to XOSI patch.  I thought SSDT-XOSI.aml is to be used instead of SSDT-GPI0.aml when using the _OSI rename?
