The Big Sur is officially out, I downloaded and installed on my HP Elitebook 820 G3 Skylake i7-6600u HD520. The process took a long time to install since it had to boot 3 times and each time took 20 minutes. There are changes that need to be made from Catalina: need to use OpenCore 0.6.4, CtlnaAHCIPort.kext (for SATA to be seen), add boot arg brcmfx-driver = 2 for DW1820a wifi to work, replaced SMCBatteryManager.kext with ACPIBatteryManager.kext for the battery to show up.

Cheers,

Louis
