Darug
Hi all, I currentlt use Logic Pro on a iMAc Mid 2011, i5 16GB DDR1333, with 240GB SSD drive (and a 1TB external). I'm startting to get lots of errors when recording/playback on Logic Pro. I am looking at going the way of a Hackintosh. Any advice on something that would work well with Logic Pro. I assume Intel only, i5? 16GB still? Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/344513-logic-pro-recommendations/ Share on other sites
XLR
Today's i3 is much faster than i7 from three years ago, and with better CPU and fast NVME it may outperform most today's Macs. samratjbp
Go with the gigabyte mb and i5 9gen would be a decent, 32gb ram, nvme x3. Add extra coolers to cabinet. Mainly add good power supply. That would be my advice which also I will be making for the same. U can go with this around 192k of 40 tracks.(dependent on ur audio interface).Sent from my Redmi Note 6 Pro using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/344513-logic-pro-recommendations/#findComment-2730623 Share on other sites
