No Boot picker, black screen after deleting Windows or Linux Partitions

Hey :-)

I have a problem with OpenCore, and was able to reproduce it. The problem is as follows:

I installed OpenCore 0.5.9 successfully and was even able to update it to 0.6.0. The picker was a text menu to choose the Harddisk to boot from, I have three systems installed, Windows 10 Pro, Ubuntu 20 and macOS Catalina.

1. For some reason the windows-installation get corrupted and I formatted the disk under macOS. When I rebooted into OpenCore, instead of the picker menu there was only a black screen. I was not able to boot with OpenCore anymore.

2. I reinstalled Windows. After a few days I tried again to boot into OpenCore, and for some reason the picker menu showed up again, I don't know what was the change, to get it show up again.

3. Then I formatted the ubuntu-Installation, because I could not boot anymore into ubuntu, there was a problem with the disk. I reformatted the Ubuntu drive to HFS+ and the picker menu again was only a black screen.

4. I am not able to boot into Opencore, it loads, but instead of the picker there is only a black screen.

5. With macOS Partitions or SSDs there seems to be no problem. For Testing purposes I installed Big Sur on one of my SSDs, it was recognized by OpenCore instantly on reboot. And I formatted this Big Sur disk, and the picker menu showed up without this formatted disk, so no problem if formatting a macOS HD/SSD.

Can someone help me with this one? Is it a but or only a configuration problem?
