Buzzing noise/Echo after waking from sleep (Earphones only)

First of all, here is my EFI folder.

The Problem: Sound works fine from my laptop speakers. However, in case of my earphones, whenever my laptop wakes from sleep, there is a constant buzzing noise that I can hear. After a while, it goes away however the sound output after that is like an echo.
Currently, my layout-id is 1.
 

I have also added an SSDT which I thought would solve the problem. Unfortunately, it didn't.

Using [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url], I have installed CodecCommander.kext to /Library/Extensions.
