the_wizkid
Has anyone got it to work with any of the Intel Xeon processors. I have 2 2.8 dual core xeon processors and a 3.8MP processor here, but no boards. Would it be worth picking up a board and trying OSX 10.4.8?? Has anyone done it? Supermicro X6DVL-EG2 ATX Motherboard, Intel E7320 Chipset, 800MHz FSB, DDRII 400, SATA, PCI-E board is one of the cheaper ones (under 250) that I was thinking about getting to see if it worked or not. Just wondering if anyone tried it or not and what the result was. Thanks! moarfish
I am also wondering if it would be possible to build a system exactly the same as the MacPro. I am also waiting for someone to tell me if it works or not before the purchase. It is huge investment for me.
