Help on AppleALC customization

Sound is working on my Catalina.

 

However, I have a PCI card with Toslink (Optical) /SPDIF out on my Gigabyte H97-HD3 (ALC 887) motherboard. This is properly wired and previously working in Mojave using VoodooHDA.

 

I need to activate my this PCI based Toslink/SPDIF output using AppleALC.

 

I have read Toleda's pdf on AppleALC customization but I don't understand or know the steps to do it. It is on (https://github.com/toleda/audio_ALC_guides/blob/master/Customization.pdf) item 7.

 

Can anyone help me with the step?
