oneyaself
Prior to installing osx on one of my (2) 250GB internals, I had a "cable" connecton, my isp is Charter. Once the installation was complete it came to my attention that I could no longer get online. I've checked my physical connections and when I go to creating a connection, dial-up is my only option, I dont know if its recognizing my net card. sucks having the best program in existance but not being able to go online!!! oh yeah, cant play dvd's either..... Technobob
Just go and drop 10 bucks on a cheap nic that works. Check the Wiki for cards that work. http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCLPart#Ethernet DVD playback needs video driver support. Just a tip don't use caps, it's impolite and is considered to be yelling. wmarsh
Check the HCL in the Wiki http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/HCLPart#Ethernet You might solve your problem by installing the OpenDarwin Tulip driver. I had the same problem and this worked Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/3430-if-i-could-get-online-it-wouldve-been-a-complete-success/#findComment-21743 Share on other sites
