  3. How to Uninstall

How do I unistall osx completely, I may need to reinstall........thanx
  4. osX86

I already have the rosetta box checked, no apps, and I repeat NO APPS can be installed onto my pc, I can download them perfectly but i cant run any of them, its as though Im lacking the program thats jumpstarts downloaded programs to run. No Opera No Firefox No Flash No Java, No Nothing except whats preinstalled on OSX. My install went perfectly and quickly, so I dont think the problem lies there. I have been seeking answers for this for the past week and not only on this forum. I have googled and searched and I just dont know what to do next, or if its even worth it to keep the program on my PC! I mean my screen resolution is nowhere near that of XP (A 32inch MAG LCD is useless without high res.) I have no sound, and I cant even view pics I had already on an external HD or videos. My cons outweigh my pro's enormously. I paid over 7grand for my entire Media Center set-up and as an IntelMac, I just dont see how running osx on my PC would benefit me at all.... I really appreciate the help that I did get while a member of this forum (although mostly none helped) but now I may be seeking a way to unistall this until it is more stable and supportive of hardware that I own. I mean who wants to reconfigure an entire system just to run osx, especially one such as mine, only for it to run 1/4 as-good-as Windows.... I love the program, I mean I want to love the program, but I cant even get anything running...... ohh yeah I have a SSE3 and Safari wont even load anymore, I had to find a backdoor in.......

  11. Need a lil Help Guys!!!

"Thanx-amillion" for your concern and compassion in helping me correct my problem, no hard feelings about the comment made earlier. Before I installed osx onto my pc I recalled my network card as being some sort of Marvell Yukon Gigabit-Ethernet Controller, I did see a couple of these on the "incompatible list" but Im not quit sure if mine is one, although I do thik its the Marvell Yukon 88E8001 OnBoard Gigabit-Ethernet Controller. I took your advice with going "about this mac-more info-network) When the page loads it does show BSD Device name as en0. Would you mind sharing any info on uninstalling and reinstalling? thanx
  12. Need a lil Help Guys!!!

I guess I can be the novice while you play expert this time.. My question had no reference to levels of experience but how to correct my problem.. I've been working at this for a week now and I have already checked and double checked compatability features prior to install, onece again this is not the prob. All aspects of my PC are compatible with installation, but my internet access has been wacked... Thanx anyway for the link....... I sit and read and read and read peoples post all day, and the responses that are submitted, and I can say this one is "one-of-a-kind"
  13. OSX ON GATEWAY 9310XL

Prior to installing osx on one of my (2) 250GB internals, I had a "cable" connecton, my isp is Charter. Once the installation was complete it came to my attention that I could no longer get online. I've checked my physical connections and when I go to creating a connection, dial-up is my only option, I dont know if its recognizing my net card. sucks having the best program in existance but not being able to go online!!!

When go into network diagnostics and resume with the internet setup, dial-up is my only option, by that I mean it wont allow me to select the cable option.... I need help FYI I used the tiger-x86flat-img install method.
