Cat Hack sluggish. Gt 710 to blame?

Hi,

I have an Asus Z270-WS MB with 6700K build running Catalina 10.15.2 and a 14,2 SMBIOS.
System feels sluggish while playing youtube videos and a little slow. Have latest Lilu, applealc,
and Whatever green plugin kexts installed in L/E and cached. 

The video card is an Nvidia 710 GT

Is it slow because the card is old??

Got a 5700 XT and not sluggish anymore but have a host full of other issues namely black screen which I fixed and now black box on cursor! Always something going wrong..
