Asxetos
Please help me figure out this problem, I have 2 VMware 15.5 VM's on a skylake windows 10 laptop, one on mojave and one on catalina. On both, everything is working fine including i-message and facetime (apart from the known 3D graphics restrictions). The only problem i have is with the camera. VMware attaches the camera on the USB-3.0 virtual hub, and when ever i try to use the camera it (almost) freezes the system, with no image. If i change USB-compatibility settings in the VM to USB-2.0 only, then all, including the camera is working fine, but of course i lose USB-3.0 speed on all ports. I would like some help to force the specific port to attach on the USB-2.0 virtual hub (if possible). Have in mind that on both VM's i have clover installed so i guess i could adjust the usb ports like in any other hackintosh, the question is how and where? PS. I have tested 3 cameras, the laptop's internal and 2 external usb one's, all have the same problem. Thanks...
