Marvell Yukon PCIe Ethernet not working on Mojave build

I recently finished building a new Hackintosh, following this guide and this guide. My setup is almost exactly the same, and everything is working perfectly including the onboard ethernet, but the PCIe ethernet card (Yukon 88E8053) is causing some trouble.

As far as I know this card should work just fine on Mojave with /System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleYukon2.kext. I've verified that the kext's Info.plist contains the entry for 88E8053. I took this card out of of my old Hackintosh (10.10.5) where it worked just fine.

The funny thing is, System Report and Network Utility both show the card as present, and I'm able to set an IP address (I'm using it on a subnet without DHCP). The lights on the card show signs of activity, but I'm not able to ping or connect to another machine on the network. When I use the same cable in the onboard ethernet slot I'm able to ping/connect, so I know the problem lies in the Yukon card.

Any help or pointers would be most appreciated, I've run all out of ideas and have scoured the web for solutions, but here I am.

Thank you!
