hello,

 

i reinstall catalina and it will auto wake up at 9AM every day.

not sure why, anyone have the same issue?

You have the Wake on Network Accesss on in Energy saving option? or anything that auto update or set on schedule?  seem like computer wake itself up for some scheduled service, :[powerd:sleepWake] Wake from Normal Sleep [CDNVA] : due to RTC/Alarm"

Also check your UEFI, there is a bios option for some mainboards to wake up at a certain time. 

 

pmset may also have a feature to show the devices that wake up or prevent system from sleep IIRC.
