So I attach my files after having successfully installed or updated from El Capitan to 10.13.6. I disabled the Adi2000b onboard- sound already 2 years ago, bought a used Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Titanium PCI-E Card (runs with Voodoo-kext) Intel Core2 Quad Q9550 Asus Geforce GT 710 1gb silent (OOB) - the older 640GT doesn't run with metal-support, wrong resolution, etc. ..... SanDisk SSD240GB for the System, a 1,5TB HD for "Users" 8GB 800Mhz RAM I installed without formatting APFS. The [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] installer provides a solution..... After installing the OS, I forgot to enable TRIM on my SSD, and for the second time, my SSD was dead after 6 hours of use. The first time it was dead after 2 months. FOTOS 3.0 didn´t start, so I changed the new Version of iTunesLibrary.framework in Library/Frameworks to the old one from Fotos 1.5.
