Switch to XPC error while fresh installing - Rx570, i5 7500 with msi b350m motherboard

i've been facing this crash for the past day with no solution, i've tried everything not sure what's the fix or reason for this,

 

i've read that this error is related to GPU, but my previous installation of mojave is working fine with the same boot drive with the same kexts/settings with dual monitor support, 

 

i'm using Lilu, fakesmc, applealc, usbinjectall and i've tried whatevergreen as well which i don't need since AMD is supported natively,

 

attached is my current config.plist 

 

for graphics injection, i tried Radeondelnit with the same issue,

 

for smbios i tried multiple, including mac18.3, mac pro5,1

 

any help is extremely appreciated,

after some time, i'm also getting "kextd stall [0]: AppleACPICPU" error

i already tried whatevergreen, same issue

it's resolved now, i recreated the usb with clover and waited about half an hour at the same error and it booted.
