Can't see my Internet Connection till I show when �I restart and My dock is gone mad!

I installed Mac OS X 10.4.6 it worked great but it doesn't see my internet connection when I close my Mac or restart my Mac, Can you tell me how to fix it? Ohh and also my dock is gone mad, magnification is on but it the icons can't move till I take and move it, then it gets freezes. I need to hel with that too. Thanks.

No ofense, but I really don't understand your english and your problem with your internet connection. I need all your hardware configuration, motherboard type etc. Sorry but it's difficult to help when I don't know what I have to do...

Look I'm not english or something ok, just my problem is when I close my computer or restart it, it doesn't see my ehternet cable until I find it again. And clcik Apply Now. And my dock is not moving while magnification is on... You know you move you mouse through it and the icons move in the dock. But it doesn't.. Got it now?
