auze1
Hi. I am looking for some advice from a sage in the right way to approach gaining a stable system. I have a Asrock i9 professional x299 with a 14-core 7940x. 64gb (4 sticks) 2 nvme drives and 3 1080ti s. I built the system with KGPs guide (what happened to him and his guide being shutdown ? ) most things work work but I am using the machine as a daily workhorse and I get about 2 crashes per day. Normally the cursor just locks up and I have to hard restart. I have a another x99 mini itx board that runs rock solid. I am thinking since this board just has so many more pcie slots and usb/sata interfaces that it’s just more stuff that is not configured right. Inhave built several hackintoshes but when it comes to figuring out DSDT tables that’s where my basic knowledge breaks down. Could some wise sage point me in the right direction for how I can start figuring out the problem and addressing it ?
