jakedman Posted October 10, 2005 Share Posted October 10, 2005 Okay so here is the problem, I have Trigem Imperial Mobo intel 845G integrated graphics (64mb) Intel Celeron 2.5Ghz (sse, sse2) 2 hdd's Ive loaded the Deadmoo image onto my spare hdd, and when i boot the hdd in vmware os x runs fine, in color and all... a little sluggish, but thats to be expected seeing as its an emulator. But when I boot it natively it loads in black and white. It runs quite speedily,, just... grayscale. The only thing I've done is I deleted the AppleTMPAPCI.kext file, and thats it. Any Ideas, or mods I can make to the Extension files,, Ive seen some fixes out there, but not sure if they apply to me. jakedman Posted October 11, 2005 Author Share Posted October 11, 2005 i downloaded the hp bio update someone recommended and other than having to reinstall xp it worked fine. I guess its because my old emachines stock pheonix bios didnt allow me to change the vram allocation.
