djseban
Hey guys, recently I came upon a problem, when trying to watch some Netflix on macOS. On the beginning Netflix site redirected me to help.netflix.com with Silverlight {censored}e - turned out that I do not have H.264 enabled by some way (I checked on VideoProc app). Searched a little and I got a solution - enable IGPU, so one problem down. Now, when I try to watch on Safari I get error S7363-1260-FFFFD089 (probably HDCP). On Chrome I get 720p in some movies (mainly Netflix Originals), rest is in 480p. What I tried: flags -shikioff, shikigva=1/4/57, -rad4200 - no change, shutting down IGPU entirely - silverlight redirect, iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS - I got this advice on hamac.pl, unfortunately no change. Maybe somebody had similar problem and would give me some advice? I attach config.plist from my Clover. All the graphic related kexts (Lilu, WeG) are in newest possible version. Cheers. config.plist.zip Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/338276-netflix-problem-on-r9-390-i7-5775c/ Share on other sites

esbn
I have Netflix working, but can't watch movies in iTunes "The selected film won’t play on your display. This film can only be played on displays that support HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection)." Ravenstein
Got solution? I have the issue with Amazon Prime Video, not able to play any video in Safari. I had shortly problem with FF, which cannot play HD, but I did as asked to install Silverlight, just now I checked FF & Chrome can play HD, but still not able to play any video with Safari 12.1.1. Also interesting is although Silverlight has been installed but I cannot find in Safari plugins or extension. I am in macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra. I just found this may explain the reason?
