BlackPilot
Hello dear community What do you think about this?? You can use Clover WITH Secure Boot Maybe you can implement it in the next version, it would be wonderful if Clover works with Secure Boot !! https://github.com/ValdikSS/Super-UEFIinSecureBoot-Disk 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/337842-clover-secure-boot/ Share on other sites

apianti
Yeah, secure boot is implemented and should be working. You however need to build clover with secure boot support yourself. 3 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/337842-clover-secure-boot/#findComment-2666208 Share on other sites

apianti
You just build clover and use -DENABLE_SECURE_BOOT option. Also, there is a caveat on working which depends on your firmware, some only allow enabling the microsoft key as platform key. In this case, you can't use clover. However, if it allows you to enable the feature but be in setup mode (which really all UEFI should but sometimes OEMs are jerks) then you can use clover. You just run clover and a tool will appear in the tools row to enable secure boot, there is also ways to change the behavior of unsigned binaries so you don't have to signed every binary you want to use. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/337842-clover-secure-boot/#findComment-2666288 Share on other sites
