I'm glad to know Secure Boot is implemented in Clover :D ... But sorry, I don't know how to build Clover with MOK Keys or something to support my Secure Boot :(

You just build clover and use -DENABLE_SECURE_BOOT option. Also, there is a caveat on working which depends on your firmware, some only allow enabling the microsoft key as platform key. In this case, you can't use clover. However, if it allows you to enable the feature but be in setup mode (which really all UEFI should but sometimes OEMs are jerks) then you can use clover. You just run clover and a tool will appear in the tools row to enable secure boot, there is also ways to change the behavior of unsigned binaries so you don't have to signed every binary you want to use.
