DarK_
Good day.I have installed Plextor M9PeY 256Gb in may mac pro with Mojave 10.14.3. But drive is not visible in disk utility, device is visible as PCI-E. After doing some research, i have found that device should be formated with 4k sector size. I have done it in Linux (LiveCD is hows as 4096), but still OS X cant see it as a disk...Can you please point me in right direction, what should i else do?Thank you Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/337801-nvme-plextor-m9pey-256gb-not-visible/ Share on other sites
Donw35
you have lots of missing information in this post, motherboard type and what not. Sounds like a BIOS issue to me. if you can see it in Limux then something is up. I have a Samsung EVO 970 NVMe and OS X found it and formatted it.
