I have done before but nothing happened, the closer I got was just having the wifi symbol on the notification bar but it said (not activated). I don't know if I should erase any kexts from /s/l/e? JayJayPG
Not seeing mine in that list, anyways; mine is a DELL Inspiron 15-3567, Intel Core i3-7100U (2400.0 MHz), Atheros/Qualcomm AR9565 Wireless Network Adapter, RealTek Semiconductor RTL8101/2/3 Family Fast Ethernet NIC. Got the ethernet connection working but since the wifi allows me faster connection I'm looking forward to getting it to work. Any ideas? This fix should be placing the Atheros40kext from High Sierra to Library/extensions folder. My TPlink N900 works great with it, the WD4800 also works well with this fix. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/337498-wifiethernet-issues/#findComment-2662784 Share on other sites
