ucif19
Hi, I replaced the H170N-WIFI onboard bt card with the ASUS USB BT400 dongle. It works but Handoff and AirDrop won’t work. I install all kexts for fixing Broadcom card, but in System Information, in Bluetooth section I see “Handoff: no”. Anyone can help me? Sorry for my English! my build mobo: H170N-WiFi cpu: i5-6500 gpu: gtx 1060 6gb (not work on Mojave) Ram: 16Gb ddr4 2133 MHz Edited February 3, 2019 by ucif19
Hervé
You need Wifi+BT hardware fully compatible with OS X/macOS for HandOff and AirDrop to work properly. It's probably not the case. In that respect, the best thing to do is install an Apple card like the BCM94360CD or similar in the appropriate PCIe/mini-PCIE/M.2 adapter. Asus USB-BT400 Wireless ? ucif19
For the WiFi I don’t have any card. First of all, thanks for your reply. Can you give me the link for buy the best card for mojave?
Hervé
No, I can't give you a link. You can search Hackintosh forums on this matter and Google for the reference I gave you. There are 3rd party/vendor PCIe cards for desktop PCs too that'll do perfectly in Hackintoshes. You may also look for some supported wireless cards here and then check which ones are combo Wifi/BT: https://osxlatitude.com/forums/topic/11138-inventory-of-supportedunsupported-wireless-cards-2-sierra-mojave/ Edited February 3, 2019 by Hervé
