wokawoka
May I just ask you how did you do it? The yoga book runs on an atom x5. Or you are just using an emulated ox on a virtual machine? Thanks!

lion67
EFI.zip Here is attached EFI folder which is working in Lenovo yoga book for booting El Captian installed on 32GB USB3.0 Flashdisk, installation USB was created with ( u n i b e a s t ) and then installed on External 32GB USB 3.0, I used micro USB hub to connect external USB flash drives and External keyboard/mouse for installation and after running MACOS from external USB drive, Touch screen wifi and Bluetooth not working, as usual, i can upload Installed Image but file size is approximately 12.6 GB. I am still looking for some info to rotate the display. I hope the above info will be helpful for someone. I was pretty sure that it was not possible to run OSX on atoms since a long time. I remember doing it when lion was out, but I always read that support for atom cpus ceased since then. Which version of OSX are you running? Except for the screen rotation (and, I suppose, wifi/bluetooth/stand-by and pretty surely "keyboard") how is the general system responsiveness? Is graphic acceleration working? It sounds extremely interesting since I also have other machines running atom X5s cpu. I'm still very cinfused. Thanks again
RussellCofIdaho
In a search I am finding a lot of interest in running OS X on inexpensive Atom machines, many say ‘IMPOSSIBLE!!!’, this thread says otherwise. Can someone possibly do a generic Atom install guide? I wouldn’t mind attempting it but I have to find a suitable Atom based machine first. There are many models of Cromebook and Win10s machines out there to choose from, all would benefit from Mac OS for general browsing.
