You should not need any of the following kexts:

  • NullCPUPowerManagement
  • VoodooTSCSync
  • XHCI-200-Series-Injector
  • XHCI-300-Series-Injector
  • XHCI-x99-Series-Injector

Make sure you enable Clover's AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement patch to avoid KP and inject Darwin OS in your DSDT to enable USB3.0 ports.

Regarding your network card(s), identify the hardware you have in order to inject the right kext. At the moment, you inject 4 x different drivers (their name being self explanatory...):

  • AtherosE2200Ethernet
  • IntelMausiEthernet
  • RealtekRTL8100
  • RealtekRTL8111

Best thing to do is to post your hardware specs (LAN, Wireless, audio, SD card reader, etc.) in order to identify the appropriate drivers. You can obtain those specs through computer's data sheet/use manual, IOReg extract with apps such as IORegistryExplorer or lspci utility.

Regarding the 2 x Clover configs you posted, there are many things to modify or adjust. Especially on the graphics front where you inject and enable various options for Intel, AT and nVidia GPUs all at the same time. Try this config file instead to begin with and make sure you use the latest Lilu + WhateverGreen kexts:
