Sorry for you, that you have this desaster with your brandnew  MBP. That is one of the causes, why i go with Hackintosh. Cheapest, most in Chine produced hardware, sold for to much money to encrease Apple's profit.

You could also try to update to 14.1, if it is not already installled.

 

You could search for it on youtube and ask there one of the channel guys, it the fan does not turn off, when the lid is closed. eems that your device does not go to any of the energy saving modes. (hibernating or sleeping).

 

If nothing is helping send/give it back for another one.
