The terminal result of Wake Reason is

I have the same board, I don't worry about sleep now but I think I had it fixed when I used to put my system to sleep.
I think I had to change in bios:

OS Type to Windows 8 WHQL

CMS Support to Never

and press a button in my 280x GFX to switch the dual bios from normal to EFI, the button looks like this:

This is an example image from GPU-Z that I remember using when I was testing this issue.
In my case, it did not show up the UEFI check box checked, after pressing that button on the GFX card to switch bios, then GPU-Z showed UEFI checked like in this screenshot example.

idk, i just disable ur nvidia, don't work in mojave

When you sat that disable my Nvidia, you mean that I need to disconnect the Video Card from motherboard? I only using the onboard video (Intel HD4000) trougth HDMI cable when testing Mojave.

I'm using F16j

It's that "Windows 8 Features", change it to "Windows 8 WHQL"
Then CMS will appear below, and change it to "Never"

don't need, disable via DSDT, if nvidia release driver, just remove _DSM into PEG0/PEGP

Hi guys,

I have the same mobo and intel i3770K and Mojave 10.14.1

Did you managed to get it work? I also have same issue. I can go to sleep. But waking up gives a problem. I can hear my hard drive startup, and sound. But Finder freezes and I get the spinning wheel forever. I have to manually reboot...

I'm running with F16 bios, and changed  OS Type to Windows 8 WHQL and CSM support to never, but no luck. Still the same...

Everything else is working! Intel HD 4000, Audio, internet, speed step, imessage.... So this last step is important for me :-)
