theconsumer1
Hi, I am testing my first install of 10.14. so far, sleep is not working. I click sleep and system does nothing. I have not tested if system will sleep by itself or hibernate. I would guess this is due to video drivers maybe? From what I understand, Nvidia web drivers are not available at this time. About This Mac reports incorrect video card stats. Other reason might be CPU power management? Can I use my SSDT created in 10.12? If you need config files, I can post. Thank you
theconsumer1
Millusions, My sleep issue is probably graphics I assume. Just from experience, something tells me it is video. It's def an issue. Manual sleep does nothing. It glitches for a second. Like the mouse freezes and then nothing. It resumes full functional. Ive had a functional hackintosh build since leopard. And 10.13 was the only build I did not run because it was god awful. Nothing wanted to work. I could barely get it to install. Anyway, that neither here nor there. I am waiting for some expert feedback on Nvidia drivers and other issues. I will post config files soon. Open for discussion.

zeuscba
Not to create a new topic, I consult here, perform a clean installation of Mojave, perform the steps of "Intel Framebuffer patching using WhateverGreen" to get the correct operation of the video, but I have problems with sleep mode; when macOS wake the screen is black or frozen on desktop without response of the keyboard or mouse. I was using a DSDT on my Sierra 10.12.6 without issues, is the same DSDT compatible with Mojave or I need to make a new one? plasticduck35
I am having a similar problem. In my case it looks like the computer has gone to sleep but I still here the fan going 100% and I see the little power light is solidly on. I ran the psmt command and got this Davids-MacBook-Air-2:~ davidozersky$ sudo pmset -g Password: System-wide power settings: Currently in use: hibernatemode 0 womp 0 networkoversleep 0 sleep 5 (sleep prevented by coreaudiod, coreaudiod, UserEventAgent, UserEventAgent, mds_stores, diskarbitrationd, mds) Sleep On Power Button 1 ttyskeepawake 1 hibernatefile /var/vm/sleepimage disksleep 10 displaysleep 5 Davids-MacBook-Air-2:~ davidozersky$ sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0 Password: Davids-MacBook-Air-2:~ davidozersky$ sudo pmset -g System-wide power settings: Currently in use: hibernatemode 0 womp 0 networkoversleep 0 sleep 5 (sleep prevented by coreaudiod, coreaudiod, UserEventAgent, mds_stores, mds, diskarbitrationd, backupd-helper) Sleep On Power Button 1 ttyskeepawake 1 hibernatefile /var/vm/sleepimage disksleep 10 I ran the RunMe utility and got this. I am not using any patched dsdt and I believe I removed USBInjectAllKext. My computer also cannot shutdown on it's own. Its stops shutting down and I just see the mouse on a blank black screen. I can move the mouse around. Are these two issues related? RunMeResults.zip
