I have successfully installed OSX 10.13.5 in my Alienware 15 r3 skylake non gsync model. Problem is everytime i shutdown it automatically reboots. I don't have a proper DSDT/SSDT edits because im noob about it. can someone help me fix this TIA. wenlancer Posted August 9, 2018 Author Share Posted August 9, 2018 (edited) I don't have knowledge about CPU Power Management but I did update my SMBIOS here it is CLOVER.zip Ive notice for some unknown reason after updating SMBIOS shutdown/Restart problem is gone. Thank you very much!!! Now there is a few more things i really want for this hack to work and that is Brightness and CPU Power Management using proper DSDT/SSDT edits. Really appreciate it of u can help. Also I really need a fix for the Display brightness. wenlancer Posted August 12, 2018 Author Share Posted August 12, 2018 13 hours ago, MaLd0n said: use ur clover folder with my last DSDT The system won't boot using my Original Clover Folder with your kext installed in S/L/E so what I did is removing those kext and putting back again the original one and rebuild kext caches and I was able to go back where I started, Somehow doing this I notice my Brightness is already working even the Fn+F9 & Fn+F10 works also I think its the DSDT you give me make it work when I enable addPNLF in clover. Thnk you very much now there is only 1 more fix to perfection and that is Sleep/Wake problem.
