Lenovo Thinkstation D20 Post-Install Issues

Hello everyone,

 

I recently decided to take on the project of installing macOS Sierra on my Lenovo Thinkstation D20. Here are the specs:

 

CPU: 2x Intel Xeon X5650

RAM: 48GB DDR3

GPU: GTX 970

 

I can boot into the installer and install macOS fine. But, when I attempt to boot into the operating system, I get stuck on this message:

appleusbhostresources@: appleusbhostresources::allocatedownstreambuscurrentgated

 

I have been searching for a couple of days now, and not not many people come into this issue. Another little note I should mention is that I can not use my keyboard in Clover, but I can use it in the installer, could this relate to my issue of not booting?
