cyanhawk Posted November 17, 2006 Share Posted November 17, 2006 Hi, I was using JaS 10.4.6, but wanted to get my nVidia 7950 GT working. I have tried following to run 10.4.8: 1. Upgrading (as mentioned somewhere in this forum) 2. Fresh installation (rebooted during installation, complete installation in second attempt) For second case, I have erased my partition before starting installation. In both cases, machine reboots without any warning after boot loader. My hardware is: ASUS P5LD2 Pentium D 920 (not over-clocked) 1GB RAM nVidia 7950 GT I have chosen combo update and Intel SSE3 packages to install. I would be very happy, if you could help me getting my nVidia 7950 up and running, preferably with 10.4.8. Cheers!
