Jon Walter
RX 550 won't work in macOS. The second link you posted is for Sapphire RX 550 which has no native support in macOS. It's best to use RX560 which has native support in macOS and can be activated easily with Lilu+WhateverGreen or if you are using macOS 10.13.4 it will work OOB (Sort of, you might need to use InjectATI for activating it). Sapphire cards are known to be more compatible with macOS in comparison to other brands such as Asus or Gigabyte. I have an Asus RX 560 OC 4GB which works just fine though. kevingomes
No, it does run automatically. For automatic operations, you can consider some good options manufactured by hp customer service You will get many alternatives to the AMD 560 graphics card.
