cba3145
Hello, Yesterday, I finally tried to set up a hackintosh again. This time, however, my hardware is quite recent: i7 8700k AsRock Z370 Extreme4 In a VM (El Capitan) I downloaded High Sierra (just the stub). Then let the installer download the rest and copied it to SharedSupport. Finally, use createinstallmedia to create the USB. Now I installed clover UEFI only with only OsxAptioFix2Drv-64 and copied the FakeSMC.kext to Other. Finally got the config.plist from here: https://hackintosher.com/builds/asrock-z370-extreme4-pro4-hackintosh-high-sierra-guide/ Now when I reboot and see Clover, I only see my Windows paritions and no the "Install OS X..." thingy. Any Ideas? Could clover be incompatible with the new update of OS X? Thanks PS: I tried to use Sierra before that, which I could see in clover, but then didn't want to boot (with or without OS-X-USB-Inject-All): Edited April 1, 2018 by cba3145 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/333602-clover-does-not-see-high-sierra-installer/ Share on other sites

Nemorosus
Hey there, it's not a Clover issue. You need to manually add apfs.efi to your drivers64UEFI folder in order for Clover to read the disk. Good luck. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/333602-clover-does-not-see-high-sierra-installer/#findComment-2606944 Share on other sites

cba3145
Hmm.. now I seem to be getting this error message: "The installer resources have expired". It happens right after the first boot on local disk. cba3145
I was able to solve it by setting my bios time to UTC before starting the installer!
