Bearcat
lambsporriegetta: or anyone else with a Core2Duo Macbook. Can anyone confirm what the wireless card in the macbook reports as? If you are dual booting Windows, with Bootcamp, what does Windows report the card as? My wireless router croaked on me, and need to buy a new one, so I wanted to get one as compatible as possible. The current Core2Duo Macbook Pro is believed to use the DLink DWA-645 card in it. Thanks for any comfirmation
Bearcat
Nevermind, sorry to bother, I have found in the Debian Wiki, that the card in the Core2Duo Macbooks reports the same as the card in the Core2Duo Macbook pros as PCI-ID 168c:0024 Debian users get it working by using ndiswrapper and the DLink DWA-645 windows driver version 102. Windows users just use the windows driver version 102. cheers,
