Belkin Wireless USB Card Problem

i have a problem with this card when ever i insert this card into my usb slot after 1 min a new screen comes up askin me to restart or Shutdown the computer this also happens when i connect my usb external hardrive but my usb mouse is working fine

 

my laptop is Acer Aspire 1362WLC thanks any help would be appriciated!

Looks like VIA chipset don't have very good USB support under OSX86:
