I get a fairly long pause just before HID: Legacy shim 2.  I suspect that the problem is not that item but what comes after it.  For me, that is the mounting of other drives on my laptop, including an NTFS-formatted volume.  I use Tuxera NTFS which has its own driver for read-write.  I think that may be causing the delay for me.  Since I don't know what you have installed on your computer, I can't say for sure whether your problem is similar/same as mine.
