I am having the same problem with High Sierra.  For me, it is a video problem.  I get the reboot not only after wake from sleep but just wake from video sleep.  I have isolated the problem for me and it is caused by the GenericBrightness.kext.  I suspect you do not use this kext since you do not appear to be running macOS on a laptop.  Still, it appears that the problem is that a driver crashes when it tries to reload after wake from sleep.

  • 2 weeks later...

My installation ends with a black screen and "com.apple.xpc.launchd [1] (com.apple.WindowServer) service just ran for 0 seconds". Can anyone help me? Thank you

I fixed this by disabling the iGPU entirely in my mobo settings. The iGPU was enabled, but not set as default in the UEFI.

Alternatively, you can pull out your 650 or disable the PCIe slot it's in, install with the iGPU, then put it back in.
