kidstretch Posted September 6, 2017 Share Posted September 6, 2017 I have a Gigabyte Z-170 Ultra Gaming (rev 1.0), i7 7700k, i want to hook up 2 monitors, the one on hdmi works fine, but the other monitor goes blank upon system booting (mini dp to hdmi adapter). I've tried many things from different resources but cannot make the hackintosh see both monitors. Dual monitors work fine on PC. Any help please? In clover configurator go to graphics and select "dual link" set to 1. Not sure but it's easy enough to do. vandroiy2012 Posted September 9, 2017 Share Posted September 9, 2017 Dual monitor booting didn't work on Intel HD530/630 graphics. In rare cases you can plug second monitor after entering desktop and it will work. The integrated HD 630 is more powerful than the gt710, a RX 460-560 would provide much more performance.
